The Windows 11 Start screen is a new and improved way to launch your apps and access your files. However, it can also be a bit cluttered, especially if you have a lot of apps installed.

If you’re looking for a way to clean up your Start screen and make it more efficient, here are a few tips:

Step 1: Remove pinned apps.

Pinned apps are the apps that appear at the top of your Start screen, and they look like this:

To remove a pinned app, right-click on it and select “Unpin from Start.“:

Step 2: Remove recommended apps.
